{"id":1848,"date":"2020-04-30T21:09:13","date_gmt":"2020-04-30T19:09:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/hnnapartments.it?page_id=1848"},"modified":"2020-04-30T21:16:15","modified_gmt":"2020-04-30T19:16:15","slug":"covid-19","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/hnnapartments.it\/en\/covid-19\/","title":{"rendered":"COVID-19"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Dear guests,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>our first priority is the health, safety and\nwell-being of our guests and team\nmembers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In order to secure that, considering\nthe current sanitary emergency due to the pandemic COVID-19, we have strengthened\nour cleaning procedures, invested on our staff\u2019s training and improved our\nhealth and hygiene protocols and guests interaction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>So, we are glad to inform you that we have undertaken\nthe following measures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>We follow the guidelines and recommendations of global\nand local authorities<\/li><li>We admit half of the total hotel capacity to guarantee\nenough space and the security distance among people<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Check-in and check-out<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Check-in online and priority check-out to reduce crowd\nin reception<\/li><li>All the checking-in guests will be invited to use the\ndisinfectant solution provided at the entrance of the hotel<\/li><li>All our receptionists will wear single-use masks and\ngloves<\/li><li>All the checking-in guests will be screened to measure\ntheir skin temperature<\/li><li>Key disinfection for every guest change<\/li><li>Contactless payment preferred<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Room and common areas cleaning<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Reception, corridors and common areas will be\ndisinfected several times a day. Regular disinfection of exposed surfaces such\nas door handles, handrails, switches, buttons, etc.<\/li><li>Rooms daily disinfection with ozone sanitizing machine<\/li><li>Daily disinfection of minibars and welcome kits<\/li><li>Professionally high temperature sanitized blankets<\/li><li>Dispensers with disinfectant\nsolutions available at reception, common areas, breakfast room, public toilets.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Breakfast<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Our self-service breakfast is provided with single-use products and packaged food. Security distance will be guaranteed among guests and tables, so there will be limited access to the breakfast room. <\/li><li> People will have to disinfect their hands with the provided alcoholic gel at any access to the breakfast room <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Our staff<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Two skin temperature screening a day and constant update of our staff\u2019s relatives health conditions<\/li><li>All our team members will wear single-use masks and gloves<\/li><li>Our staff will wash their hands frequently using soap for at least 20 seconds and disinfectant gel<\/li><li>Our staff has been well trained in these new health and safe measures<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Some rules to follow in our hotel<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Wash your hands with soap or alcoholic disinfectant gel<\/li><li>Keep the security distance of at least 1 meter from other people<\/li><li>Cover nose and mouth with a single-use tissue when sneezing and caughing<\/li><li>If you have fever or flu symptoms, please inform our staff<\/li><li>Lift is allowed just for 1 person at a time.
